Early access — not built yet

Stop being the last to know your own job is delayed

For independent patio, carport and pergola builders whose customers go months without an update -- then find out about a council hold-up, reschedule or cancellation only by chasing the office.

What early access looks like

Early access members will get a simple status page for every job -- quoted, council lodged, approved, materials ordered, scheduled, installed -- that staff update with one tap, and a link the customer can check any time, so a hold-up gets explained in the status note instead of discovered by a phone call nobody returns.

  1. Create a job and text the customer their own status link -- no login, no app to download.
  2. Move the job through its stages as it progresses; each change updates the page instantly with an optional one-line note (e.g. 'council requested extra documents').
  3. Customers check the link whenever they want instead of calling the office, and staff stop fielding 'where's my job up to' calls.

In their words

We signed a contract with Stylemaster in Feb 2022, they still haven't provided council with the correct paperwork however they keep blaming council for the hold up. After being promised our pergola for Christmas we are still no closer to getting it for winter in 2023.

I received an email from the office staff to say, it was not a delay and they would not be building our Veranda

Salesman was great sell service and the management of planning and time with the scheduling for the installation was confusing. They changed dates. Move dates could not confirm things lack of communication.
